Professional Certifications and Qualifications
Lillian has a Specialized Associate in Computer Management from the Institute of Computer Management and Medical Careers, where she was an IT instructor teaching COBOL, C++ programming languages as well as standard Microsoft applications for 2.5 years; Bachelor is in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and Master Degree in Adult Education and Communication Technology, August 2005.
In June 2006, Lillian received certification as a Certified CompTia A+ hardware and operating system technician. September 2006, Lillian obtained Certified Help Desk Manager status, and is capable of managing employees. Lillian holds certifications as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), December 2006, in Access and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Office Expert Excel.
From August 2005 to December 2006, in the position of Manager of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania student help desk, Lillian used her certified capacities of training, supervising, researching, resolving information technology problems and policy questions while establishing effective customer service procedures. She also wrote Standard Level Agreements, a consistent protocol to provide superior services to any customer who called for services.
